This is a secluded property off the main road but not so far that you are Paul Buyoning it. The property has all the benefits of good living, great areas to entertain and many outdoor activities such as canoeing on the two acre lake, ice skating in the winter, riding horses or four wheelers on the five miles of trails as well as an abundance of wild game such as whitetail and mule deer, turkey, rabbit, fox, geese, squirrels, and an ever so occasional bear. The fishing and hunting are an outdoorsman's dream come true.
The property itself consists of 65 acres with about 10 in open area divided equally between paddocks for horses or livestock and yard area for children. The house is approximately 4500 sq. ft. above ground, and 1000 sq. ft. underground, and is the place where fun country living meets the modern world.

The largest aspect that makes this property a survival retreat, besides the acreage, abundance of wildlife (a natural food supply), spring-fed lake (water and fish), and the private location, is that there is an underground 4 x 4 ft. wide 60 ft. tunnel connecting the house to an 850 sq. ft. underground hardened structure with 12" by 12" full rebar and cell filled cinderblock structure. The entrance and exits are custom built steel doors that would be hard for a crane to pull off. It contains its own full bathroom, own bedroom, large living and sleeping area with an adjoining dining area. The entrance from the house can only be accessed from a hidden room behind a wall. The shelter has its own air and water supply (270 ft. well, not easily contaminated) and the outside entrance is hidden as well. THere are too smaller rooms (food and equipment room and generator room), the outer rooms have their own gun ports and defensive mechanisms. Both these rooms would have to be breach individually before any attempt on the main structure.

This structure also has a separate hidden room with its own air and water supply in case the structure was ever breached. (For the women and children, the men would hopefully have the "from my cold dead hands" approach.) If you utilize the gun ports it could never be breached. If gas or flamethrowers were attempted, they would only penetrate the outer rooms, and the main shelter would remain untouched. This room is far enough underground (5+ ft.) that gamma rays could not penetrate, in the event Iran or another country go nuclear, and the winds spread the poison air. The property is located far enough into the country and away from large population centers that the worry of chemical or biological fallout is not that great of an issue. Short of a direct missile hit or nearby meteor strike, your family will be safe. And it could very well stand up to the shockwaves of a meteor strike. This was designed and built for my family, and I spared no expense.

This property offers all this plus one h*ll of a house and true country beauty.
