We have 30 acres in Beautiful North Idaho for sale. 1/2 of the property is hay ground or pasture and 1/2 of the property is marketable timber. There are two creeks running through one end of the property. One of the creeks is year round! There are two drilled wells on the property. One well wasn't cased, but it is 465 feet and produces 3 gallons per minute. The other well is what we use and it is 435 feet deep. It produces at least 15 gallons per minute, although the well drillers were unable to pump the well out in an hour.
Our family has lived here for the last nine years. We have a shop, that we live in and a house site ready for a dream home. The shop has basic plumbing and electrical, although we live "off-grid". Corner posts are in for a front pasture and there is an existing chicken coop, along with a bee hive stand that is capable of holding 6 full bee hives.
Plummer, Idaho is an ideal location! It is 45 minutes southeast of Spokane, Washington and 30 minutes south of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It feels very rural, yet is close enough to commute to a larger city.
We are two miles from Heyburn state park and the south end of Lake Coeur d'Alene! There are acres of untouched natural trails in our backyard. Our property is full of game. We regularly have deer in the front yard, along with elk, moose, coyotes, bobcat and many other varieties of wildlife. We have unostructed views of the mountains and farmland, and the sunsets are unparalleled.
Providence Farms is the perfect place to get back to nature, raise your family, hunt, explore the outdoors, or just enjoy the quiet, country life.
