Perfect property for those looking to get off the beaten path. This 38 acres is located one-forth (.25) mile from the Lake of the Ozarks. It is secluded, heavily wooded and tucked into hilly terrain. Area has beautiful views of rolling hills and of course the river.
Electricity is less than one-forth (.25) mile. There are neighbors adjacent to the property but with so much land between homes they are far enough away to allow you to do your own thing. Also, those neighbors have electricity so it's easy to hook into the power lines.
This property offers quality soil. I have owned this property for over 38 years and have never used any chemicals or soil damaging products on the land. You are getting "virgin" land for those who take an interest in living "organically." This could be a great source of income for those gardening enthusiasts who want to run a roadside stand.

There is just one property between this one and the beach line of the lake. I find this beneficial for flooding purposes. It is high enough to avoid any flooding but close enough for any water activities you may have as an interest.
Closest general store is 4 miles so you're not completely left without conveniences. I liked that it is a "mom and pop" place.
If you are looking for seclusion, peace of mind, security and safety, then this property is for you. It's an easy progression for the naturalist who wants to live "free" in a time of turmoil. Homesteading is a logical use for this property. You can be self-sufficient with the proper equipment, (e.g. wind turbines, solar, well, septic) and in today's world, easy to obtain.

The Lake of the Ozarks historically has been a place for the outdoorsman by offering hunting, fishing, hiking and a wide variety of other outdoor activities. As an investment opportunity, a campground would be a logical choice as for all the outdoor activities found in the area. A horse-back riding ranch could be an option as well.
This property only has a legal description: All of the West Half of Lot 7 of the NE Quarter of Section 5, Township 39, Range 19 It is easy to find. An easement will need to be created. I was told that it's not a problem from the county. It will be deemed mandatory for no land is allowed to be landlocked. There is a road already there that goes to the property, it just hasn't been put into an easement on paper.
