We had a well drilled, installed our own septic system, and built the home with our own hands and a little help with labor and knowledge from Mom and Stepdad (an old school carpenter with years of knowledge on how to do it with home made tools etc.) Even in 1986 Joel recognized that the world was changing and the only way to escape the treadmill designed to steal our options with interest payments, excessive regulation and government interference, was to do for yourself, buy what you could afford, or wait until you could save the money. In short we understand the motivation to be self-sufficient and the growing urgency to get there quickly.
As a father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Joel knows the concerns we have for the younger generations and what they may face. Joel Lawson made his living in earlier years as a Hotel Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Director. To include management positions at Sunrise Ski Resort in the Arizona White Mountains, Kohl's Ranch Resort near Payson AZ. and Holiday Inn at Monument Valley, AZ, not to mention Copper Mining and Truck Driving as a younger man. Since obtaining his Real Estate License and attending the Appraisal Institute at ASU, Joel has served several years on the Board of the White Mountain Association of Realtors and is currently the 2011 President.

John Ford (Partner & Associate Broker) (Not the one who directed all the John Wayne Movies in Monument Valley) had already retired from a career in contract administration involving large defense projects, including the United States Military's Hover Craft. John has also owned his own shrimp boat and spent years breeding and showing Standard Poodles with his wife Mary. John has been a trusted partner and contributed greatly to Integrity Realty and its success. John currently serves on the Board of Directors of the White Mountain Association of Realtors. John & his wife Mary grow a good deal of their food supply in their yearly garden, raise chickens and live on ten acres with a private well.
