On 11.65 acres, a big abandoned marble mine that goes about 330' into the rock. To top it off, there is a spring inside the mine.
So you have free water, free Climate control and a structure that is extremely hard and basically impossible to burn.
Oh yeah, and the taxes are less than $16 per year.
Previous occupants engineered a blast hole to drain the excess water. The spring is located about 30 feet inside the entrance in the ceiling, the blast hole is 200 feet back at the floor level.

The Bad - the road going in has washed out, you walk to the mine on foot now. Since we mostly only intend to conduct wilderness/cave survival classes on the land it is not worth the effort for us to fix the road. Plus, for our purposes having it inaccessible by vehicle actually amplifies the training environment from a mental standpoint.
So you have river access, a spring, and a huge solid flame resistant structure with tons of potential.
Owner finance terms - $59,500 with a non-negotiable down payment of $25,000, with the balance at 2.5% interest for 10 years of payments at 325.23. If you have all cash I will consider any cash offer, or partial trades for gold, silver, guns, ammo, or real estate. Buyer and seller will split closing costs. I don't know when the last survey was performed, if buyer would like one, buyer pays. Sorry if this next part sounds abrasive, I mean no offense to anyone, however I am not interested in talking to tire kickers. I am not interested in exchanging any information with anyone who cannot AT LEAST prove that they have the means to buy the property, i.e. if you cannot prove that you have at least $25,000 please don't contact me.

Photobucket notates some features like an entrance on one side of the property that is secret (by default) there are also great terrain features to hide in a nearby property that would make disappearing super easy. There is a super deep cave in the area and another mine in the area. (Please don't trespass on these other properties, view other properties only with owner's permission)
The previous owner's brother gave me most of the information I have on the property. He lived there about 5 years, the last 18 months he claims he had no money coming in... Talk about living cheap and off the grid... This possibility ranks high on my coolness scale... I guess when you have a relatively climate controlled manmade cave in the rock complete with a spring for his drinking water things look a lot better than being in the city when the grid does down.
