Disaster Retreat is a 160+ acre former private hunting reserve. Now offered as a rural retreat in times of crisis.

Disaster Retreat offers leases on 1/4 acre and up parcels of land. The tenants are highly encouraged to install their own private underground bunkers. As part of the lease, Disaster Retreat provides all emergency food and water supplies for the tenants.

Our onsite caretaker will rotate these supplies for each individual tenant and ensure all bunkers are in good working order. The objective is to have everything ready at all times.

Disaster Retreat is not a vacation home, rather an active insurance against disaster. Tenants pay a monthly fee and to lease space and have supplies "Prepped" for the tenants arrival.

Disaster Retreat is a "Prepped Community". We do the upkeep and tenants have the security of knowing they have a place prepared. Tenants also have greater privacy by not attaching their own names to any government documents.

Disaster Retreat is within driving distance of Northern VA, Washington DC and Raleigh NC. We also offer a private landing strip and Helipad. Visit DisasterRetreat.com for more information.

Neither will the world end, nor will humans become extinct, however, the system we live in may collapse. That's what we are preparing for at our farm, Finca Bayano, in western Panama. Those who are interested in a 'Bug Out Location' can buy land there to prepare together with others, to survive the crisis. We call our project 'Survival Insurance'.

Finca Bayano is located about 200 miles west of Panama-City, at an altitude of about 1,600 feet above sea level. The area is sparsely populated and malaria-free. The size of the Finca is 75 acres, and according to our plans, about one hundred people are going to live in the village. The climate is ideal with an average temperature of 75°F (25°C). The soil is fertile and there is adequate rainfall. Firewood is available in abundance, and there is mostly a fresh breeze. A creek divides Finca Bayano into two equal halves. There is no industrial pollution and there are no power plants in this region. Also, there are no active volcanoes and no major earthquakes.
