Len is a native of Washington state. Born in Spokane, then moved to Mercer Island then back to Spokane and then to Bellevue. He graduated from Sammamish High School, then attended Washington State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications. After interning at KOMO-TV in Seattle he finished his last year at WSU and then was hired at KOMO-TV as a part-time mailroom assistant. He later went on to work in the Newsroom in Live TV News Production. Len left Broadcasting in 1993 to work with a Christian Mission organization in Santiago, Chile. He attended language school in San Jose, Costa Rica for seven months before going to Chile. Len returned to the States in 1995 and was hired back at KOMO-TV where he became a Satellite Truck Engineer. After that he became the Operations Manager for Fisher Pathways, the Satellite/Fiber Teleport in Seattle. In January 2004, Len got his real estate license and began working as a full-time Realtor with REMAX Eastside Brokers selling and listing homes in the greater Seattle area. In December 2010, he made the switch to John L. Scott and became the exclusive Buyer's Agent for a Top Producing Agent in Kent, WA. After five and a half years as a Buyer's Agent, he and his wife Lidia moved to Colville, WA where he joined the John L. Scott Spokane office. In December 2016, Len earned his Managing Broker's License.As a Full-time Realtor, his goal is simple; provide the same level of service to Buyers and Sellers that he expects from professionals when he hires them. Technology is rapidly changing the Real Estate industry but in his experience, despite all the information and data available out there at our fingertips, people still value having a skilled human being represent their best interests and advocate for them in the largest transaction most of them will ever be involved in. Buying or selling a home does not typically unfold like it does on HGTV. Call Len fortunate, but he has yet to have a real estate client say, "I could have done this without you." The opposite is true. They are always so glad he was there from beginning to end advocating, negotiating, communicating, looking out for their best interests. That's really what he does best. He is present and clients trust him. Nothing means more to Len than that.
