Raise your real estate standards! I wear a lot of hats: Wife. Mom. Daughter. Believer. Homeschooling mama. House and architecture fanatic. REALTOR® extraordinaire. Interior design school drop-out. Vintage home renovator. Fashion lover. Beauty appreciator. Domestic goddess. Home stager. Foodie (who doesn’t like to cook). Stage-frightened singer-songwriter. Frugalista. Blogger.

I’m a native Californian but my family has made Middle Tennessee our home. We live in an old American foursquare house in the country and homeschool our children. I spent many years as a stay-at-home mom while also working part time as a medical transcriptionist. Somehwere along the way I developed a love for all things real estate and interior design. I even attended O’More College of Design for a short time hoping to become an interior designer then switched to real estate.

In my self-discovery, I realized my strength is coordinating all puzzle pieces to make a fantastic real estate transaction…from staging to marketing to managing contracts to negotiating the deal. I’m here to make your busy life simpler and navigate you through the complex world of real estate. I want my clients to have 10+ white glove service…and then refer their friends to me!

I also learned from our time spent living in the country and doing homesteading activities that I have a real knack for understanding the needs of rural, hobby farm, and self-reliant buyers and sellers. This has become my niche in Middle Tennessee.

I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.

I'm a Realtor in NE Tennessee focusing exclusively on working with Farmers, Homesteaders, and Off Gridders whether buying or selling. Shortly after having founded Eastern Tennessee Preppers, which is a 1200+ member Meetup group based on preparedness education, community awareness, and networking, I began receiving requests from members and nonmembers alike to help them find property in the area for their retreat locations. Others were just about to retire and looking for that perfect piece of land to enjoy nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life, while yet others wanted to get into farming like their parents or Grandparents did years ago.

The common theme among most of them was they knew they wanted to move but didn't know what to look for or how to go about the whole daunting task. Having been through the whole process myself years before I knew what they were feeling and going through. I found myself in the unique position of being able to help them out as I had spent years researching where to move, what to look for in land and acreage, as well as the hidden costs and timeframes involved. They were able to benefit from my years of research and analysis and over two years of vacations spent hunting land and walking properties. I was able to cut the "learning curve" and save them from driving the countless miles and the cost of gas, food, and hotel rooms that I had while in pursuit of our dream property.

I also found I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the land and its unique features all while trying to find people that perfect piece of property and help them start the next chapter of their lives. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to "hang the hat up" on my 20 year career in Restaurant Management and get my real estate license so I can help people relocate to this beautiful area we call East Tennessee.

Whether you are buying or selling, I have the knowledge and insight to either find the perfect place to hang your hat or the means to find a buyer who values the property just as much as you do. It's equally important for your Realtor to have the right tools for the job as well. Some of the tools I use are a four seat 4WD Polaris Ranger side by side with a winch and a chainsaw so we can go where we need to go and see what we need to see. i use special apps on my phone that overlay property lines onto the topography/satellite imagery while keeping track of where we are on the property in real time. Time is money and I have the knowledge and tools to save you both so please contact me and let me know how I can help you.
