  • J.T. Haynes

Exceeding Expectations for Buyers and Sellers. JT was raised on a ranch North of McLean, Texas where his parents still reside today. His father, once a rancher turned preacher, and his mother, a CPA, instilled strong work ethic and a sense of always trying to exceed people’s expectations. He acquired his undergraduate degree and Masters in Agricultural Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.

While still attending college, JT received his Texas Real Estate license and in January 2010 received his Texas broker’s license and started Triangle Realty, LLC. JT owes his successful sales career to his mantra ‘It’s the little things you do, that you don’t have to do, that make a difference, when nothing else matters’. When not spending time with his beautiful wife and awesome kids, he enjoys golf, team roping and coaching youth baseball.

Hunting, Recreational, Special Purpose With over $5,600,000.00 in sales for 2017, Susan Brock is ready to serve you, whether your needs or farm, ranch, recreational, hunting, residential, or commercial in the East Texas area. Susan Brock is a native Texan and has lived in the East Texas area for more than 35 years and has a versatile background and experience. Susan has more than 10 years of experience in real estate, including the purchase and sales of personal homes as well as the purchase, sales, management, and maintenance of several rental properties in the Jacksonville, Texas area. Susan grew up riding horses in the Waco, Texas area. On a rare occasion, she would ride with Dennis Quaid, the movie star from Houston, Texas, before he became a movie star and was just a teen. He would come with his brother to visit his grandparents who lived at the end of the block from Susan and his grandparents became like grandparents for Susan as well. Dennis and Randy, both learned to ride on the horse their grandparents purchased for Susan to ride as well as two other horses the grandfather later purchased. This prepared them for the movie, The Long Riders, where they, and two other famous sets of brothers also starred. Susan currently lives with her husband, David on Lake Jacksonville and avidly fishes for crappie, bass, and catfish on a regular basis. She and her husband are deeply involved in their community by serving as co-facilitators for Divorce Care at their local church and Susan is the Director of a small deaf ministry at her local church as well. Susan has recently published her first book, called The Promised Land: How Doing Your Homework In Your Wilderness Leads To Healthy, Lasting Relationships and has recently completed several book signings and speaking engagements. Susan also serves as the President of the Venetian Ballroom Dance Club out of Tyler, Texas. Susan looks forward to working with you on the purchase or sale of your next lake home, ranch, or specialty property.
