+ The road dead-ends just past this property, with only one home/cabin located beyond it. And that appears to be used by the owners only as an occasional weekend cabin, during the summer months.
+ Property is located between the towns of Craig and Cascade, and is accessible year round (we've been up there a number of times in snow, and had no issue).
+ Property was purchased some years ago as a retreat option. But my wife and I met several years ago now, and ended up making our home in another area. The same holds true for this property now, though, as the day it was purchased for that purpose: it would make an AMAZING retreat location! Or a great full-time or weekend home for someone who loves either the outdoors, amazing views in the mountains, or both!
