If privacy is what you desire: "Oh, I never noticed that place was there," we have heard from those who travel nearby. The home is off the paved and plowed John's Valley Road; it is then a half mile on well maintained gravel and a couple hundred yards on dirt.

If bringing in an income is more your style, we have the county's permission to use as vacation rental and have bookings through the summer you may be able to switch over to you.

Again, plenty of water is included to run the home and conform to govt guidelines. A garden area is currently overgrown but is fenced from wildlife and has water immediately at hand. Fun, safety, privacy, retirement — this home has it all.
