Unparalleled views. Wide open space. Peaceful. Unlike so many properties of this size, these 117 acres along Hwy 25 have already been sub-divided into four parcels. The 16.87-acre parcel has a two bedroom one bath home on it with a 20 x 40 grow shop, outbuildings, seasonal pond, garden areas and areas for livestock. The other parcels can be developed or used for livestock or farmland. The gem though, is the upper 75-acre parcel with phenomenal building sites and unobstructed views west to the Columbia River and surrounding countryside. Live in the house while you build and sell the other parcels and use the funds to build your dream home or keep all the parcels and start your Hobby Farm. Artesian well produces 8000 gallons per day. Holding tank can hold twice that. Owner is in the process of finishing a holding tank that will hold 16,000 gallons of water. Due the location of the Artesian well and tank, most of the parcels can be watered via gravity fed water. If you’re looking for a self-sustaining property this has water, pastureland, electric service but lots of room for solar.
Len is a native of Washington state. Born in Spokane, then moved to Mercer Island then back to Spokane and then to Bellevue. As a Full-time Realtor, his goal is simple; provide the same level of service to Buyers and Sellers that he expects from professionals when he hires them. Technology is rapidly changing the Real Estate industry but in his experience, despite all the information and data available out there at our fingertips, people still value having a skilled human being represent their best interests and advocate for them in the largest transaction most of them will ever be involved in. Buying or selling a home does not typically unfold like it does on HGTV. Call Len fortunate, but he has yet to have a real estate client say, "I could have done this without you." The opposite is true. They are always so glad he was there from beginning to end advocating, negotiating, communicating, looking out for their best interests. That's really what he does best. He is present and clients trust him. Nothing means more to Len than that.
You have lots of choices when it comes to choosing a Realtor to represent you in the purchase or sale of a property. Len has sold nearly 200 hundred properties including Short-Sales, Bank-Owned, Lakefront, Condos, Vacant Land, Residential and more. Put Len to work and experience what it's like to have an outstanding Realtor work for you.
Oh, and it's just Len and his beautiful wife Lidia. He enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, reading and a nice glass of wine occasionally too. She loves to Craft and shop. They became one in 1998.
