You couldn’t pay me to live anywhere else. Salmon ID is one of the last best places to live….and it’s not even close. I’ve spent the majority of my life as a US Marine Officer and because of that, I’ve been all over the US and some of the strangest places in the world. After graduating from the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Language Studies Minor in Arabic and after studying at the American University of Cairo, Egypt; Uncle Sam moved my family around a lot. Between overseas deployments, schools and new duty stations we’ve had to pack our bags often. So when I’m representing folks who are buying or selling, I know what’s personally at stake when leaving a home behind to start fresh again somewhere else. I’m also a licensed contractor and have worked in several of the different construction trades; from dirt work and utilities to demolition and remodel, I’ve had a hand in most parts of what goes into building a home. I’ve been a real estate investor since 2011 and understand the challenges of property management. I’m a licensed FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot and have been providing the good people (and other Realtors) of Salmon Idaho quality aerial images and video that market property in ways that other agents can’t. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense Realtor with an array of experience give me a call at (208) 756-7653.
