Description

40 acre lot with fantastic views is a desert mountain oasis:  Spring, Pond, Well.  It borders BLM land on 3 sides, and an adjacent Survival Community that provides protection and also provides a dirt airfield you can use.  More important, you’d be a welcome member of the survival community, able to use their shooting range, medical clinic and other facilities—with them helping protect you and your property in good times and bad.

Photo showing trees and deer are on the property.  The 40 acres extends to the dashed line on the photo.  This road is for the adjacent survival community (shared access, can have deeded access), with a separate fence visible just beyond the road, keeping the bulk of the 40 acres private.  If you want to add deeded access to the road through the survival community property, this is not necessary, but sellers will approve that—buyer has to file and pay for the government paperwork.  The purchase agreement will state that you have the right to use the road—and that the survival community also can use the road that passes along the edge of this property to access their upper land.

Photo with shadow of photo taker on bottom is taken from border of the lot for sale, the row of trees is on property for sale, fed by a spring, stream that runs downhill along edge of property.  Well is located near this row of stream-fed trees.  Exact acreage is 39.81 acres.

As explained later, the survival community will build a guard house on top of this hill that will take a small part of property for sale (less than 500 square feet), with agreement that the survival community has the right to occupy/use this small part of your property in perpetuity for mutual benefit (provides watch oversight in a collapse of both properties).

Photo showing big water tank is a winter photo, so no leaves on trees.  There is a pond here, and a holding tank for well water.

Well (with propane generator and tank) works well.  Currently used to irrigate fruit trees on survival community property, but you can run a line to house on your property.  Purchase agreement will address terms for joint use, shared costs in maintain/operating the well.  Well is 100’ deep, 38’ pumping level, 75 gallons per minute—great well– especially in a desert.  This is why there are so many springs in this oasis; fantastic underground water, flowing down underground from mountains above.

Can’t be there all the time to protect your buildings, property?  No worries—the survival community is always manned and will keep your property secure.  It’s a mile to nearest public road, and only road to your property is through the gated survival community property—all out in the open, no place to hide.  The survival community’s guard dogs keep watch at night.  If you have guard dogs, farm animals, can contract with the survival community to care for them when you are gone.

This shooting range is on the survival community property, but buyers, as members of this survival community, will be welcome to use the firing range and the building/elevated firing platform for the range at approved times.  The building with green roof has an elevated, covered firing platform, targets are on the left side center of photo.  The road here, on survival community property, leads up to the private lot for sale.  All area beyond is BLM land.

In photo taken from mountain above (with buildings center/right) the survival community is the center and right half.  The tree line/spring on left side is on property for sale.  The property dividing line is about half way between the two tree areas, about 1/3 in from the left side.  The lower left hand corner, is the start/edge of the 40 acre property—which continues a long way to the left.  The road winding through from far upper right side through center (through survival community property) and then thru for sale property is the only road into the property (which is also fenced off).  There are two gates (one always kept locked) along this road.   There is a state highway about a mile from the property, off to upper right.  Mountains (with no roads or public access) on two sides, and the vast open area on other two sides—no safe place for marauders to shelter, hide, or sneak in.

The rocky high rise point in lower center left of photo, dividing line of two properties is where a stone guard house building will be built, straddling the two lots.  The survival community will build it.  It will be able to provide defensive fire against marauder groups on your property.

The only road into this property comes through the adjacent survival community’s property (you have access, right to use the road, and will be members in the community).  BLM land on other sides—and desert for many miles with no water or trees or cover.

Photo with a long dirt road track:  this is not a main road, just one for driving further up property for sale.  In upper left/center of this photo is a beautiful rock formation.  This is best place to build—house has plenty of open area all around (no cover for marauders), fairly close to the well/tree line.

Photo with trees on bottom, mountain range across valley on top:  this view shows all the springs/trees in this oasis.  Property for sale includes the spring/tree line/well on the bottom of photo.

Photo of fence with road leading in, open gate, on left side:  view of property for sale from near tree edge of property.  Left of the rock outcropping on the right, mid-height in photo, is the ideal place to build a house.  Great view, and leaves hundreds of yards of open space on the side of the lot that borders BLM land (not the survival community).  It is also fairly close to the well and line of trees on the edge of the lot.  This road and gate in is not open to shared use, it is an exclusive, private road into property for sale.  Survival community staff would only enter if authorized by owner to care for animals if requested when owner is absent.

Photo with big green arrow:   Property extends part way up mountain to left, and to a ridge line (marked) in this photo.

There is a photo of the well house for propane generator to power well pump.  Largely empty, can turn into a tool shed.

Photo that shows rocks, mountains in distance/top of photo is a recent winter photo (no leaves on trees), taken from near center of property.  Upper center/right is the survival community.  White area in far upper right is remnants of an old dried out lake.  A state highway runs through the valley, no people for miles, nearest very tiny town is 15 minute drive.

The property is off grid.  Adjacent survival community has several solar systems and integrated propane generator, can recommend/assist in your set up.  Vertical wind generator would also be a good fit—strong, regular winds.  Very rare to find a day without wind or sunshine.  Photo of solar array, propane tank for generator, is on adjacent survival community property.  Modern solar systems with integrated propane generator give you constant, reliable power—the system turns on the generator to charge the batteries if they get too low.

Photo of fence and green metal gate:  This gate is near property line.  Road comes in through survival community, and is a shared road up through your property (near the tree line), allowing survival community to reach their property above and to left.  The survival community plans to build a stone building on the top of this high ground that will be half on your property.  Purchase agreement will include a provision that survival community has the right to occupy and keep this building on your property and use it in perpetuity.  This building will provide good watch/shooting oversight of both the survival community and your property in a collapse.  You will have the right to use this building as a guest house up to 10 days/year in peace time.

Some photos of the survival community facilities, resources are shown (labeled).  As a member of this community (part of purchase agreement) the community will provide support and protection to your property.  The survival community has a tractor and skid steer.  They are not looking for work, but if you occasionally need to hire them or their equipment, this is doable.  Packages are dropped off at the middle gate (which is kept locked) at the edge of the survival community property.  Survival community staff will pick up your packages if desired and securely store for you.

There is the medical clinic in the survival community, with doctors in the membership—benefits you will enjoy as a member of this survival community.

IN ORDER TO SAFEGUARD THE CURRENT AND FUTURE OWNERS THE EXACT LOCATION WILL BE DISCLOSED TO QUALIFIED BUYERS UPON NON-DISCLOSURE RATIFICATION AND PROOF OF FUNDS.

Details on the location and survival community will not be provided until buyer is satisfied with answers to questions, and then a non-disclosure agreement is signed and seller provides proof of ability to finance the purchase.

You can’t hide in a collapse.  Marauding gangs will cover every foot of ground looking for survivors or supplies or game—you must be able to defend yourself to survive.  But we still do not publicize the address so fewer know, including peacetime criminals.

The survival community intends to install a 2,400 x 50’ dirt airstrip on their property, several thousand feet from this property for sale.  As a survival community member, buyer will have full rights to use the runway, including landing and, if desired, parking their aircraft on the survival community property.

There is a photo of the large shooting range on the survival community property.  Buyers, as members of this survival community, will be welcome to use the firing range and the building/elevated firing platform for the range at approved times.  The building with green roof has an elevated, covered firing platform, targets are on the left side center of photo.  The road here, on survival community property, leads up to the private lot for sale.  All area beyond is BLM land.

Buyer will have full access rights through survival community property to use their roads and traverse their property to get to owned property.  Buyer can go through processes to formally register deeded access rights through seller’s property if desired, but not necessary..

The adjacent survival community (that you’ll be a member of) will watch over your property in peacetime when you’re gone, and will protect you in a collapse.  A marauder group will likely not be able to survive in the desert around this property, but if one does come—you will be safe here as part of a well armed, well prepared survival community.

The property is off grid.  Photo of solar array, propane tank for generator, is on adjacent survival community property—not property for sale.  Modern solar systems with integrated propane generator give you constant, reliable power—the system turns on the generator to charge the batteries if they get too low.  Adjacent survival community has several solar systems and integrated propane generator, can recommend/assist in your set up.  Vertical wind generator would also be a good fit—strong, regular winds.  Very rare to find a day without wind or sunshine.

Some pictures of some of the survival community facilities are shown (and labeled as not on property for sale).  These resources are included, but not on the property being sold.  As a member of this community (part of purchase agreement) the community will provide support and protection for your property.

A photo shows the medical clinic in the survival community, with doctors in the membership—benefits you will enjoy as a member of this survival community.

You could spend millions and not have nearly the security you’ll get from this survival community protected private property.
