Description

Year round flow spring and pond on this fantastic survival property!  This property is a beautiful desert mountain oasis tucked into the base of a mountain range in northern Nevada. It is easily accessible by private road, no public road or utilities within a mile, surrounded by BLM land on 3 sides, with a friendly prepper community on other side. Chukar and deer hunting. Photo shows the spring-fed pond on the property, and fantastic view of mountain range. This is a long-term lease at start, but seller will cooperate/sign when you’ve done paperwork to subdivide and transfer deed for full ownership (no additional cost). There will be a shared dirt runway on edge of both properties, installed and maintained by the prepper community, but yours to use as well. Domestic water for your house can come from a spring, or you can add a well. The lot is fenced in.

The views are absolutely spectacular: several mountain ranges, not a single human constructed building in the distance, no town for over 10 miles. Other than the adjacent survival community with a few buildings (on other side of a row of trees) there are no neighbors; just undisturbed BLM land (with no public access) as far as you can see.

This gorgeous high desert get-a-way is a perfect place to vacation or live—and the best survival home you could have to make it through the worst collapse.

Contract is for a 50 year lease of property, but you can buy it at no additional cost—as long as you go through the government process and paperwork to get it subdivided. Owners will sign paperwork, but you must handle the paperwork and pay fees to get this 40 acre lot subdivided and deeded over to you. Meantime, it will be a lease. We know of no barrier to doing this, but don’t want to go through the government hassle to do it ourselves.

While tens to hundreds of millions of city/suburb dwellers will flee to the forests in a collapse, few will go to the desert to try and survive. This property is a desert oasis, protected by a cooperative survival community. Marauders have no chance attacking this place—we have water, trees, fields and protection—they will be without water, out in open desert with no cover.

Hay barn, corral and cover for cattle or sheep or goats. Sheep and chickens on survival community’s property. Survival community cattle are currently grazing on this property. When purchased you can continue to allow them to graze land or keep fenced out. There is fencing already on the property.

Private pond (with tiny island!) on property. Has been stocked with fish in past.

Your view is 100% nature, no man-made buildings in vast majority of view—and survival community buildings are largely in trees several thousand feet away. No plans to build survival community structures near this lot; just grazing and farming.

The photo showing corral and hay barn in center is taken from near the lot line/border with survival community. The pond is to the left. For view of pond and better security, probably best to build here, near the pond and the survival community property. This spot is also near best location for well, addressed elsewhere. The shared 8 acre field is also near here, to the left.

IN ORDER TO SAFEGUARD THE CURRENT AND FUTURE OWNERS THE EXACT LOCATION WILL BE DISCLOSED TO QUALIFIED BUYERS UPON NON-DISCLOSURE RATIFICATION AND PROOF OF FUNDS.

You can’t hide in a collapse. Marauding gangs will cover every foot of ground looking for survivors or supplies or game—you must be able to defend yourself to survive. But we still do not publicize the address so fewer know, including peacetime criminals.

Photo showing horses is just below the pond. The white land in distance is an old, dried out lakebed. When sun sets, there is a kaleidoscope of pastel colors on this sandy, white surface.

There are several springs on the property, and a well on survival community property. Buyer can very likely get a permit to drill a well on their land. Survival Community would support drilling this well near the property line and sharing well expense, sharing water (for irrigating the 8 acre shared field, beyond what the spring water provides).

Center of the photo taken from air with pond in bottom center shows the 8 acre field above/center of photo, straddling the two properties. Property for sale is lower half, the survival community is upper left (and extends further). The dirt airfield will be built just beyond the right edge of photo on edge of both properties.

Winter photo of the hill, is on the west side of the property, BLM land. However, it has been fenced in for decades (by prior owners) and the survival community uses it for grazing. There is one private property over the hill on left side that does not share a border, but does abut the southwest corner of the property. It is BLM land on 3 sides, and the survival community on the other side. Neighboring property over the hill is not visible, some small houses, but not occupied, in several years have never seen anyone on their property. Elsewhere just BLM land for many miles, nearest town about 15 miles away.

Looking at the photo shown the plot plan, diagram of where the dirt airstrip will go: east end of property (below the 8 acre shared field) will have half of a 2,400’ by 40’ dirt runway, installed and maintained by the survival community, with right in perpetuity to operate on this leased/sold land. Runway also extends across east end of adjoining survival community property. Buyer will have full rights to use the runway, including landing and, if desired, parking on the survival community side of the runway. Buyer cannot in any way obstruct or interfere with use of this private airfield (which is not open to the public).

Buyer will have full access rights through survival community property to use their roads and traverse their property to get to owned property. If buying the property, can include deeded access rights through their property.

The adjacent survival community (that you’ll be a member of) will watch over your property in peacetime when you’re gone, and will protect you in a collapse. A marauder group will likely not be able to survive in the desert around this property, but if one does come—you will be safe here as part of a well armed, well prepared survival community.

The property is off grid. Photo of solar array, propane tank for generator, is on adjacent survival community property—not property for sale. Modern solar systems with integrated propane generator give you constant, reliable power—the system turns on the generator to charge the batteries if they get too low. Adjacent survival community has several solar systems and integrated propane generator, can recommend/assist in your set up. Vertical wind generator would also be a good fit—strong, regular winds. Very rare to find a day without wind or sunshine.

Two pictures of some of the survival community facilities are shown. These resources are included, but not on the property being sold. As a member of this community (part of purchase agreement) the community will provide support and protection for your property.

There is a photo of the large shooting range on the survival community property.  Buyers, as members of this survival community, will be welcome to use the firing range and the building/elevated firing platform for the range at approved times.  The building with green roof has an elevated, covered firing platform, targets are on the left side center of photo.  The road here, on survival community property, leads up to the private lot for sale.  All area beyond is BLM land.

The survival community has a tractor and skid steer. They are not looking for work, but if you occasionally need to hire them or their equipment, this is doable. Packages are dropped off at the middle gate (which is kept locked) at the edge of the survival community property. Survival community staff will pick up your packages if desired and securely store for you.

A photo shows the medical clinic in the survival community, with doctors in the membership—benefits you will enjoy as a member of this survival community.

Details on the location and survival community will not be provided until buyer is satisfied with answers to questions, and then a non-disclosure agreement is signed and seller provides proof of ability to finance the purchase.

You could spend millions and not have nearly the security you’ll get from this survival community protected private property.
